Ajay Bhalerao

Ajay Bhalerao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in metallurgical quality control and heat treatment processes. Currently serving as a Manager in Metallurgical Quality Control at Bharat Forge Ltd since March 2011, Ajay oversees raw material inspection and mechanical testing for steel, aluminum, and titanium forgings. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Manager in the Heat Treatment Department at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, where responsibilities encompassed planning and processing heat treatments for transmission and axle components. Additionally, Ajay was a Production Engineer at H V Axel Tata Motors Limited, focusing on the erection of hardening furnaces and heat treatment cycles, and worked as an Engineer at Induction Equipment India Pvt. Ltd., managing shop floor production activities. Ajay holds a B.Tech in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Pune.
