Rajnish Mehta has extensive experience in business partnering, employee relations, and industrial relations, currently serving as Manager at Bharat Oman Refineries Limited since January 2016. Earlier, Rajnish worked as an Associate Consultant and Research Analyst for the Institute for Customer Relationship Management, where expertise included social media analytics and campaign evaluation for telecommunications and FMCG clients across Southeast Asia.
