Bhavana Menon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development. Currently serving as Senior Manager Learning and Development at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited since March 2019, Bhavana has previously held roles including Manager Learning and Development and Assistant Manager Learning at L'Oréal. Prior to that, experience as Project Lead E-learning & Training at Tata Consultancy Services and Learning and Development Consultant at Sewells Group was gained. Early career experience includes a Systems Engineer position at Infosys. Bhavana holds a Master of Management Studies in Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the same institution, complemented by a high school education in Science from Vaze School. Expertise includes designing and developing training solutions, competency development plans, and process optimization techniques for clients in the automobile industry.
