Jonnan Lukoda

Jonnan Lukoda is an experienced professional specializing in Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Head of Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management at Airtel since December 2022, and holding the position of Head of Technical and Commercial Projects Group RAFM at Bharti Airtel International (Netherlands) B.V. since April 2013, Jonnan oversees the review of new technology and commercial projects from a revenue assurance perspective. Previous roles include head of RAFM at Airtel Tanzania and head of revenue assurance and fraud management at Airtel Uganda, focusing on operational excellence and cost management. Jonnan has significant expertise in designing guidelines and developing risk control measures for revenue assurance across various African markets. Jonnan holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, completed between 2015 and 2018.
