Harmeet Singh Chauhan

Harmeet Singh Chauhan has extensive experience in management and reporting across various industries. Currently serving as Manager- MIS at Bharti Foundation since October 2018, Harmeet oversees the end-to-end reporting for the Quality Support Program, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all reports. Previously, as a Business Process Manager at Delhivery, Harmeet led a team focused on resolving service level breaches and worked closely with the Control Tower team to address operational challenges. Earlier roles include serving as Sr Team Leader at HyperQuality, Inc., where Harmeet conducted customer satisfaction studies for the home appliances sector and acted as a principal consultant for clients in emerging markets, and as Sr Executive at GE Capital. Harmeet completed senior secondary education in Commerce from Guru Tegh Bahadur School in 1999.
