Jeff Hersh

Jeff Hersh is an experienced product manager and commercial real estate advisor, currently serving as a Product Manager at BHG Financial since February 2021. In this role, Jeff developed and launched a cutting-edge buy now, pay later (BNPL) merchant financing platform that facilitated 50,000 loan applications and secured $36 million in funding within its first year, while also achieving significant cost reductions of over $400,000 annually. Jeff has also been a key figure at JH Commercial Real Estate Advisors since May 2008, where expertise in investor and tenant representation helped grow the firm’s revenue from $1 million to over $10 million. Prior experience includes a decade at Citigroup, where Jeff led pioneering FinTech initiatives that generated hundreds of millions in revenue, including the development of the industry's first online transactional portal for corporate-issued stock options. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Finance from the University of Rhode Island.
