Eric Ripley

Eric Ripley is an experienced Information Technology professional with a robust background in systems administration, network operations, and remote support. Currently serving in a corporate IT role at BHG Recovery since September 2009, Eric provides remote support for 350 employees across 20 clinics in the U.S. Previously, as Corporate Information Systems Officer at Richligroup LLC, Eric managed network operations and client databases, supported over 60 computers, and was on call 24/7 for clinical support. Eric’s career began at Celerity Systems as a Primary Customer Support and Software Developer, where extensive customer support and software development was performed. Eric's expertise includes network optimization, security implementations, and system configuration, complemented by hands-on experience in multiple IT roles spanning over two decades.
