Jay Rumbach

Jay Rumbach serves as Vice President and General Counsel at BHI Senior Living, Inc. since November 2021. Previously, Jay held the same title at The BAM Companies from February 2020 to October 2021 and was a Senior Associate at Wormser Casey from September 2014 to February 2020, where the firm provided legal support for diverse business transactions. Jay's earlier experience includes positions as an Associate Attorney at Ziemer, Stayman, Weitzel, & Shoulders, LLP and a Legal Intern at the Indiana Court of Appeals. Prior to the legal profession, Jay was a teacher in Saint Louis Public Schools and a Corps Member with Teach For America. Jay earned a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Saint Louis University.
