Rana Yaghi

Rana Yaghi is an experienced professional in customer service, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at BHM Capital since June 2019. Prior to this role, Rana held the same position at Brokerage House Securities from November 2017 to June 2019 and worked as a Senior Customer Service Associate at Al Ramz from February 2014 to September 2017, where Rana received the Al Ramz Flame Award for Service Excellence in 2015. Rana's career began at the Commercial Bank of Dubai, where a notable achievement included being recognized as Employee of the Year for the Garhood Branch in 2003. Additionally, Rana worked as an Undergraduate Lab Demonstrator at The University of Auckland, supporting multicultural students. Rana holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Auckland, completed in 2002.
