Kapil Vijh

Kapil Vijh is a seasoned engineering professional with over two decades of experience in project management and construction engineering. Currently serving as Principal Project Engineer at BHP since January 2021, Kapil has previously held significant roles at Rio Tinto, where responsibilities included managing the Magma Smelter Demolition Project and a $45 million mine reclamation project. Prior experience includes roles as Consulting Partner at Lotus International Markets, Technical Support Manager at Ausenco, and Project Engineer at Radha Marble Industries and Contrabuild-Engineers & Contractors. Kapil holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Griffith University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Nirma Institute of Technology.
