Lav Kaushik

Lav Kaushik is an experienced Agile Delivery Lead currently working at BHP since December 2022. Prior to this role, Lav held positions such as Project Manager at Rio Tinto and Principal Agile Delivery at BHP. Lav has extensive experience in project management, having worked at Marubeni-Itochu Tubulars Oceania Pty Ltd and Woodside Energy in various project management roles, including Agile Project Manager and Non Production Environment Manager. Lav's professional background includes significant responsibilities at Lloyds Banking Group, where Lav managed multiple work streams and led various teams focused on DevOps and environment support. Lav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Kurukshetra University, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
