Orla Harte

Orla Harte is a Principal Water Engineer and Study Specialist at BHP since September 2018, specializing in the design of mining surplus water management projects and supporting water resources engineering across multiple mine sites in the Pilbara Region. Previous experience includes roles as a Water Resources Engineer at AQ2 Pty Ltd and RPS Group, where key expertise involved flood and surface water management studies, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and technical contributions to water supply and dewatering planning. Orla Harte holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin and a Postgraduate Certificate in Environmental and Energy Engineering from Munster Technological University.
