Simon Ives

Simon Ives, MBA, serves as the Global Principal for HR Technology Strategy at BHP, where Simon leads the strategic vision and execution of HR technology initiatives. Simon has extensive experience mentoring graduate students at Queensland University of Technology and established himself as a member of the AIB AHRI Advisory Committee, contributing to HR education. As Executive Director and co-founder of Coforma, Simon has empowered organizations since 2012, while previous roles include leadership positions at Townsville City Council and Glencore. Simon is also actively involved in supporting job seekers through Elev8Me Australia.
