Richard Lee

Richard Lee is a Partner in the Insolvency and Restructuring Department, the Commercial Litigation Department, and the Employment Department at BHSM, where Richard has been since March 2013. Richard specializes in advising insolvency practitioners on liquidations and assisting lending institutions with the enforcement of mortgage security. Prior to this role, Richard held positions as a Senior Associate and Solicitor at Hayes Solicitors, and served as a Trainee Solicitor at FRALEX. Richard's early career included roles as a Legal Researcher at NUI Galway, with a focus on Media Law and European Union Law, and internships at MJH Solicitors and Macdermot & Allen Solicitors. Academically, Richard has a comprehensive background in law, including a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Galway and various diplomas and certificates from the Law Society of Ireland and The Honorable Society of King's Inns.
