Jorge Vargas Neto

Jorge Vargas Neto is the Founder and CEO of BHub. Jorge was previously the Chief Product Officer at RappiBank Brasil from October 2020 to June 2021, where they were responsible for structuring and launching the products for both individuals and companies, including credit cards, digital accounts, and prepaid cards. Jorge also participated in the building of the first team, marketing, and growth strategies.

Prior to RappiBank, Jorge was the Founder and CEO of Zen Finance from February 2018 to November 2020. At Zen Finance, they created a direct line of access for underprivileged people through financial technology.

Before their work in finance, Jorge was a Co-founder and Board member of Associação Brasileira de Crédito Digital (ABCD) from November 2016 to February 2018.

Jorge Vargas Neto has a certificate in business excellence from Columbia University in the City of New York, a master's in business administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, a degree in banking, corporate finance, and capital markets from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, and a bachelor's in law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. Jorge is also certified by Latitud as a Latitud LF3 Fellow, by Endeavor as an Endeavor Scale Up Fintech 2020, by Visa as a 2019 Global Finalist in Visa's Everywhere Initiative, and by boostLAB Powered by BTG Pactual as a Btg Boostlab Batch 3.
