Agnes Cho

Agnes Cho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in housing policy, research, and tenant advocacy. As a Senior Consultant at bhyv Consulting since August 2023, Agnes provides technical assistance and policy analysis to enhance rent control initiatives. Concurrently, as a Senior Research Associate at csb philanthropic solutions, Agnes conducts mixed-methods research on housing and homelessness policies. Prior roles include serving as a Policy and Programs Consultant for the Alameda County Housing and Community Development Department, where Agnes designed an evaluation for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program, and as a Tenant Counselor at Tenants Together, offering support to tenants facing various housing challenges. Additional experience includes managing the Reentry Housing Project at Just Cities Institute and conducting research at the Terner Center for Housing Innovation. Agnes holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Princeton University.
