Andrey Bykov

Andrey Bykov is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in developing and managing cybersecurity consulting services. At BI.ZONE since October 2018, Andrey has served as Product Owner for Cybersecurity Compliance, leading the launch of seven consulting services and completing over 50 international projects across various regulations. Prior to this role, Andrey held several key positions at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, focusing on compliance audits for the financial sector and leading IT and cybersecurity inspections. Experience also includes a tenure at KPMG Russia specializing in information risk management and earlier roles as an Information Security Engineer and Python Developer. Andrey holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy, as well as Bachelor's and translator degrees in English and Cybersecurity from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET).
