Rafaela Costa

Rafaela Costa is an experienced project management professional with a robust background in managing diverse projects across various organizations. Currently serving in the Project Management Office at BI4ALL since April 2022, Rafaela previously worked as a Project Manager at NOS SGPS, focusing on billing from November 2019 to March 2022, and held a position in the Project Management Office at Asseco PST, where responsibilities included financial monitoring and project planning using PMBOK methodology and Atlassian tools from June 2017 to October 2019. Earlier experience includes managing over 100 projects as a Post Award Project Manager at the Champalimaud Foundation from November 2014 to May 2017, overseeing financial reporting and budget monitoring. Rafaela began the career as a Junior Financial Assistant at Ecopilhas, providing logistics and administrative support. Educational qualifications include a Licentiate and Master's degree in Economics from Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão and additional training in Sales and Marketing from Dublin Business School.
