Dennie Dunggio

Dennie DUNGGIO is an experienced technical professional with a career spanning over 15 years in the heavy equipment industry. Currently serving as Regional Technical Support Manager at BIA GROUP since August 2013, Dennie has also held various technical support roles, notably with Komatsu, where participation in multiple training seminars across the USA, Belgium, and Japan focused on product support and troubleshooting techniques. Prior to this, Dennie worked at PT KOMATSU MARKETING AND SUPPORT INDONESIA as a Senior Service Engineer, and gained early experience as a Project Engineer at NDT Systems & Services and a Technical Engineer at Unilever. Dennie's educational background includes an Engineer's degree in Heavy Equipment from KOMATSU-BIA and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute Technology of Indonesia & Polytechnique of Jakarta.
