Olivier H.

Olivier H. has a extensive work experience in project and contract management, mining, and product development. Olivier worked at BIA GROUP as the Head of Project & Contract Management, leading a team of 24 people and developing structures to support business growth. Olivier also worked as a Project Operation Manager in the mining industry, supervising projects in Africa and coaching project managers. At Caterpillar Group Services, they held various roles including NPI Program & Product Support Manager, Engineering Office Manager, and Product Architect. Olivier was responsible for new product introduction, quality and service support, engineering management, and business strategy development. In addition, they worked as a Project Manager and Senior Design Engineer at Caterpillar Belgium, leading projects in various fields and implementing process improvements.

Olivier H. obtained their Master's degree in Engineering Industry from ISI GRAMME between 1996 and 2000. In 2000, they also received a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Helsinki. Additionally, Olivier obtained a certification in Project Management - Black Belt - 6Sigma from DMAIC and DMEDI in April 2007.
