Konstantin Shulga

Konstantin Shulga currently serves as the Head of the Information Technology Department at BIA Technologies since August 2023. Prior to this role, Shulga held the position of Head of Technical Support and Office Infrastructure at YOTA from March 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team of 19, organizing Service Desk processes, and developing departmental structures and regulations. Shulga also worked as the Head of Technical Support at Sletat.ru from June 2018 to March 2020, leading a team of six and overseeing budget management, IT procurement, and service level agreements. Earlier in their career, Shulga was an Information Security Engineer at the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation from January 2011 to June 2015, where duties included the development and implementation of a network infrastructure for over 300 machines.
