Egidio Cozzi

Egidio Cozzi has a diverse work experience spanning from 1993 to the present. Cozzi began their career as a National Sales Manager at Guido Bergna, a role they held from September 1993 to April 2000. Following this, they joined Bialetti Industrie as an Export Manager from April 2000 to April 2006. Cozzi then transitioned to Bormioli Rocco, where they served as a Business Unit Director from May 2006 to May 2009. From June 2009 to December 2012, Cozzi worked as the Managing Director at Prodir SA. egidio returned to Bialetti Industrie in January 2013 as the Chief Commercial Officer, a position they held until March 2015. Cozzi then became the General Manager at Bialetti Industrie from April 2015 to January 2019, and in February 2019, they were promoted to the position of CEO, which they currently hold.

Egidio Cozzi attended IMD in 2011-2012, completing a field of study in PED. In 1994, they completed the Advanced Marketing Program at Università Bocconi. Prior to that, they studied Scienze Politiche at Università degli Studi di Milano, completing their degree in 1993.
