Pam Schafer

Pam Schafer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, accounting, and information technology. Currently serving as a Licensed Realtor at Bianco Realty since June 2020 and as an Accounting Assistant at Goodhart & Associates PC since July 2019, Pam also owns and manages properties at RP Investments Mandan since April 2011. In a prior role as IT Program Administrator II at the North Dakota Information Technology Department from December 2001 to July 2019, Pam oversaw IT contracts and RFPs and previously directed the statewide Criminal Justice Information Sharing Program. Earlier career highlights include leading a team of software developers and coordinating IT needs at the Office of Management and Budget for the State of North Dakota. Pam holds an MBA from the University of North Dakota and a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Dickinson State University.
