Evgeny Stepanov

Evgeny Stepanov has a diverse work experience in various companies. From 2019 to present, they are the Head of Product Development Department at SIBUR, where they oversee projects, conducts analysis, and manages communication with licensors and equipment suppliers. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2019, they worked as the General Manager at VolgaComposite LLC, where they successfully launched the production of composite materials and low-tonnage chemistry and expanded the sales network. In 2013, they also served as the Director of Research Development at Kr, where they developed new products and implemented changes that resulted in significant cost savings for the company. From 2009 to 2013, they were the Head of Quality Control and R&D Department at Samara Gypsum Plant, where they developed new products, formulated marketing strategies, and improved product quality.

Evgeny Stepanov obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organic Chemistry from Samara State University from 2002 to 2011. EVGENY then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management of Organization from The Open University in 2011. In 2014 to 2015, they completed the RIMA-A Programme at Inholland University of Applied Sciences, focusing on Marketing, Marketing Research, General Economics, Business Economics, Statistics, and Psychology. Additionally, they obtained an MBA certification from the Open University Business School in 2011.
