Brian Barnas

Brian Barnas is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Claims Counsel at biBerk Business Insurance since December 2024. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions at Hurwitz Fine P.C. from December 2015 to November 2024, including Member and Associate Attorney. Earlier in the career, Brian gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at Greco Trapp, PLLC and as an Appeals Bureau Extern at the Erie County District Attorney's Office. Brian earned a Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2015 and a Bachelor of Arts in History, also Summa Cum Laude, from the University at Buffalo in 2011.
