Kimberly Collazo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Vice President & Senior Counsel at Protective Life since 2022, Kimberly previously held the position of Consulting Attorney for USAA Life Insurance Company at Confidential Search Solutions, LLC from 2020 to 2022. Kimberly's career at Prudential Financial spanned from 2007 to 2019, where roles included Vice President Administration and Vice President, Corporate Counsel, overseeing executive support and providing legal guidance on various distribution, administration, and product development matters. Prior experience also includes serving as Senior Counsel at Nationwide Financial from 2001 to 2007, focusing on insurance, securities, ERISA, and broker-dealer regulation.
