Hilmawan Kusumajaya

Hilmawan Kusumajaya has worked at Bibit.id and Stockbit in various roles. At Bibit.id, they worked as a Strategy & Business Development professional from September 2020 to the present. Hilmawan contributed to initiatives such as democratizing access to government bond for retail investors, launching retail government bond distribution in Bibit, and establishing a partnership with Jago, the first mutual fund/wealth app and digital bank collaboration. Hilmawan also played a role in fundraising due diligence processes for Series E, C, and D.

Before joining Bibit.id, Hilmawan worked as a Business Development Manager at Stockbit from January 2019 to August 2020. During their time there, they were responsible for launching and managing the Stockbit newsletter, blog, and social media platforms. Hilmawan also organized the Stockbit Virtual Trading Competition, formed partnerships with universities, and participated in various speaking engagements and YouTube videos. Additionally, they played a role in the acquisition of Bibit's license.

Prior to their position as a Business Development Manager, Hilmawan served as a Community Manager at Stockbit from December 2017 to September 2018.

Hilmawan Kusumajaya completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Strategic Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2010 to 2017. During their undergraduate studies, they were a part of the International Undergraduate Program. In 2012-2013, they attended HSB Hochschule Bremen - City University of Applied Sciences for a non-degree program. Prior to their university education, they attended SMA Dwiwarna (Boarding) from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Natural Sciences in high school.

In terms of additional certifications, Hilmawan obtained the WPPE certification from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan in April 2020, and the WAPERD certification from the same institution in April 2018.
