Jim Graham

Jim Graham has extensive experience in technical roles within the IT and gaming sectors, currently serving as a Lab Engineer at Biblioso since July 2021, focusing on hardware deployments in managed lab and data center environments. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a Computer Laboratory Technician and Technical Specialist at Mindtree, providing onsite support for Microsoft's Azure hardware. At Robert Half Technology, Jim led a team in maintaining over 1,000 Xbox consoles at Microsoft and has supported various product teams at Microsoft throughout their career.
