Julien Morali

Julien Morali is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Directeur des outils et du numérique at Bibliothèques Sans Frontières since January 2022. Prior to this role, Julien held the position of DSI at SPAREKA from October 2011 to January 2022, where responsibilities included defining the company's IT strategy, recruiting and managing IT resources, and overseeing IT projects with a focus on Agile methodologies.
