Ahmet Balkan

Ahmet Balkan is an experienced hospitality professional with a focus on food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Assistant Food Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager at Biblos Resort in Alaçatı since August 2021, Ahmet oversees the Khalia restaurant, which has a capacity of 270 guests and 43 personnel, in addition to managing in-room dining operations. Previously, Ahmet worked as a Service Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide from May 2018 to August 2021, managing 120 personnel across three restaurants and five bars under a B&B concept. Ahmet's career in the hospitality industry began in January 2002 at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts as a Restaurant Manager. Ahmet graduated from Balıkesir Üniversitesi between 2003 and 2007.
