Elvis Junuzovic

Elvis Junuzovic has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Elvis began their career as an Operations Specialist at Fluor Corporation from October 2011 to November 2014. Elvis then worked as a Network Engineer at Telemach d.o.o. from December 2015 to February 2016.

In 2016, Elvis joined Bicom Systems as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided technical assistance to customers regarding various Bicom Systems products and Linux-based systems. Their responsibilities involved addressing customer inquiries through different communication channels, performing installations and configurations, troubleshooting and debugging, as well as testing software releases and patches.

Elvis gradually progressed within Bicom Systems and held the positions of Customer Service Manager from March 2019 to November 2020, Head of Customer Services from November 2020 to March 2022, and most recently, Head of Customer Operations from April 2022, with this role ongoing.

As the Head of Operations, Elvis is responsible for formulating business strategies, designing policies aligned with the overall strategy, implementing efficient processes and standards, coordinating customer service operations, ensuring compliance with data protection laws, overseeing technology implementations, managing contracts and relations with stakeholders, evaluating risk, optimizing costs and benefits, mentoring teams, reporting on operational performance, and suggesting improvements.

Throughout their career, Elvis has demonstrated strong leadership skills, diligent problem-solving abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Elvis Junuzovic's education history begins in 2001 when they enrolled in "Gymnasium Lukavac" and completed their high school studies in 2005, earning a High School Diploma in General Studies. After completing high school, Elvis Junuzovic attended the University of Tuzla, Faculty of Electrical Engineering from 2005 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications and successfully obtained an Engineer's degree.

In addition to their formal education, Elvis Junuzovic also holds various certifications. In 2011, they completed the Grounding Technology program at the Tuzla Summer University, organized by the University of Tuzla. Furthermore, they acquired several professional certifications related to Agile project management and development. These include the Professional Agile Leadership I certification obtained from Scrum.org in March 2021, the Professional Coaching for Agile Practitioners certification from Koučing centar in March 2021, the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in March 2021, the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org in March 2021, the Professional Scrum Developer I certification from Scrum.org in July 2020, and the Professional Scrum Developer™ I (PSD I) certification from Scrum.org in July 2020.

Elvis Junuzovic also holds certifications from Fluor Corporation, including the Business Case-Global Workforce Diversity/Inclusion and Defining Global Workforce Diversity and Inclusions certifications, both obtained in April 2013, as well as the GS145 Operating System Requirements Overview certification obtained in the same month and year.
