Hyder Naushad

Naushad Hyder has over 19 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Regional Technical Manager for EMEA at BICS since August 2004. In this role, Naushad Hyder coordinates technical projects from the presales phase to service delivery, focusing on both fixed and mobile services such as voice switching, VoIP, SMS/MMS, and mobile roaming solutions. Previous experience includes serving as a service engineer, where responsibilities encompassed provisioning fixed services, maintaining international voice platforms, and supporting customer care and voice provisioning teams. Naushad Hyder holds a Bachelor's degree in ICT, specializing in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from EPHEC, Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium, graduated in 2004.
