Kris Glencoe

Kris Glencoe has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and networking. From 2018 to 2021, Kris worked as a VoIP Network Engineer at IBM, where they were responsible for managing and maintaining VoIP networks. In 2021, Kris joined Huawei as an IT Specialist, where they handled various business and IT issues for international offices. Their responsibilities included Microsoft server and laptop administration, security and firewall administration, and network configuration. In 2022, Kris moved to Ingram Micro as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, and their role involved managing infrastructure projects. Currently, in 2023, Kris is working at BICS as a Cloud Integration Engineer, where they handle cloud SBC installations and provide customer support.

Kris Glencoe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Game and Interactive Media Design from the University of the Arts London. The degree was earned between 2016 and 2018. In addition, Kris obtained a certification in Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco in January 2020.
