Marcelo Schiaffino

Marcelo Schiaffino has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marcelo currently works as a Key Account Manager at BICS, a leading international communications enabler. In this role, Marcelo is responsible for creating reliable and secure mobile experiences for customers through global connectivity, roaming experiences, and fraud prevention, among other solutions.

Marcelo Schiaffino has a diverse education history. Marcelo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Telecommunications from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Later, in 2002, they attended the University of Duisburg-Essen for a Deutschlandkundlicher Winterkurs, focusing on German language and culture. In 2003 to 2004, Marcelo pursued a Master of Science degree in Wireless Systems and Related Technologies at Politecnico di Torino. Additionally, they have recently obtained certifications in Mastering Digital Marketing: SEM, SEO, Social Media and Beyond from Emeritus, in both May 2023.
