Natalia Chernyshenko

Natalia Chernyshenko has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications. Natalia is currently working as an L2 Network Support Engineer at BICS since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Mobileum as an IREG & TADIG Engineer from July 2019 to April 2021, where they were responsible for coordinating testing, implementation, and troubleshooting processes with clients.

Before Mobileum, Natalia worked at lifecell Ukraine from 2012 to 2019. During their time there, they held various roles, including Principal Engineer, Senior Engineer, Leading Engineer, and Engineer in the Roaming and International Traffic Management team. Their responsibilities in these roles included coordinating work, implementing and updating settings for roaming services, solving customer complaints and requests, performing roaming testing, monitoring KPIs, and supporting internal customers with international roaming knowledge.

Natalia started their career at lifecell Ukraine as a Junior Engineer in the Transport Network Operation team. Overall, Natalia has gained extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in the areas of network support, roaming services, and international traffic management.

Natalia Chernyshenko obtained their Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between 2008 and 2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including "Business analysis in IT" from Web Academy in April 2021, "SS7, GRX & LTE Technical Training" from Comfone AG in November 2016, "IuCS Scenarios Workshop" from Anritsu Solutions SK, s.r.o. in November 2015, "MSC-S R13.2 to R14.1 Blade Cluster Configuration Delta" from Ericsson in September 2015, and "Ericsson WCDMA system overview" from Ericsson in August 2015.
