Shekhar Singh is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business development. Currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Outsourcing at BICS since March 2024, Shekhar previously held multiple leadership roles at Ooredoo Qatar, including Business Head for International Voice, Roaming, and Messaging, where responsibilities included driving profitability and meeting fiscal objectives. Prior to this, Shekhar was an Account Manager at Ooredoo Global Services, overseeing customer accounts and enhancing strategic partnerships.
