Jitka Riedl

Jitka Riedl is an experienced scientist currently serving as an Associate Principal Scientist at Bicycle Therapeutics since July 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at AstraZeneca from April 2018 to June 2023, where Jitka held positions as Associate Principal Scientist, Senior Scientist in Chemistry, and Scientist I. Jitka's earlier work as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the University of Oxford involved a Marie Curie Fellowship under the mentorship of Professor Benjamin G. Jitka began academic training with a Graduate Research Assistant role at the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the Czech Academy of Sciences from August 2011 to November 2015 and participated in an Erasmus Exchange at the University of Regensburg in 2010. Jitka Riedl holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioorganic Chemistry, a Master of Science (MS) in Organic Chemistry, and a Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry, all obtained from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague.
