Neil Gadhok

Neil Gadhok has a strong background in talent acquisition and people management. Neil is currently serving as the VP of People & Talent at Bidease and Talentverse, where they focus on helping startup companies grow by prioritizing their most important products. Before that, they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at °Nomad Health, where they led efforts to connect quality clinicians with rewarding career opportunities. Neil also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Celonis, a leader in Execution Management Systems, where they helped companies maximize their business performance. Prior to that, they held the role of SVP of Talent Acquisition at Yeeldr, a management consulting firm, where they collaborated closely with leadership teams to implement onsite recruiting processes. Neil also worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at ZocDoc and as an Executive Recruiter at Urgent Career. Neil began their career as a Senior Account Executive at Gain Capital.

Neil Gadhok attended Rutgers Business School from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
