Hannah Brooks

Hannah Brooks has a diverse work experience. Hannah is currently a Senior Program Manager at BidFX, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BidFX from November 2019 to July 2022, where they served as a Project Manager and Scrum Master. In this role, they were responsible for managing development teams for mobile and web applications, ensuring requirements were understood and releases were done frequently. Hannah also had experience as an Account Manager at BidFX from June 2019 to September 2019.

Before joining BidFX, Hannah worked as an Equity Research Analyst at UCC Student Managed Fund from September 2016 to March 2019. Here, they conducted research on stocks, compiled reports, and presented stock pitches to stockbrokers. Hannah also worked as Marketing & Promotional Staff at TITAN Experience from March 2016 to March 2019, where they engaged with consumers, conducted market research, and performed various promotional activities.

Additionally, Hannah had a summer internship as a Summer Intern at Philip Lee in July 2018, where they worked on immigration and work permit related matters in the Employment Department. Hannah also served as a Social Entrepreneur at 100minds from November 2016 to February 2017.

Furthermore, Hannah has international volunteer experience as an Outreach Volunteer at International Volunteer HQ from December 2014 to March 2015. Hannah spent time working in an orphanage for sexually abused girls and lived with a Maasai family, teaching in a Maasai school.

Lastly, Hannah worked as a Food Server at Powerscourt Hotel from August 2014 to December 2014.

Hannah Brooks completed their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce International with French at University College Cork from 2015 to 2019. In 2017 to 2018, they also pursued a degree in Political Science with a focus on Economics and International Law at Sciences Po. Prior to their university education, they attended St Andrew's College, Dublin for their high school education from 2008 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained certifications including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Certified ScrumMaster (CSM™) Training in February 2020 and PSM 2 from Scrum.org.
