Maksim Korneichik

Maksim Korneichik has a strong background in software development and engineering management. Maksim recently joined BidFX in 2022 as an Engineering Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Zopa from 2018 to 2022 in the same role. Before their time at Zopa, they spent several years at SoftClub, where they held various positions such as Product owner, Software architect, Lead Software Developer, and Software Developer. During their time at SoftClub, they successfully designed and developed a retail banking solution called SC-Retail, which became the market leader in Belarus. Maksim utilized Agile principles throughout the software development life cycle and gained expertise in Kanban, Scrum, and TDD methodologies.

Maksim Korneichik obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Belarusian State University, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. In addition, they hold certifications from Oracle, including the Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert, which they obtained in April 2011, and the Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate, which they obtained in October 2010.
