Caelan Donovan has a diverse work experience in the field of GIS and project management. They started their career as a GIS Technician at NV5 Geospatial in October 2017 and worked in this role until September 2018. They then took on the role of a Senior GIS Technician at the same company from October 2018 to September 2019, where they specialized in utility data collection and quality control. From September 2019 to January 2022, Caelan worked as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst, Site Coordinator, and Project Management Assistant at NV5 Geospatial. During this time, they were responsible for various tasks such as logistics and management, training technicians, coordinating site surveys, and overseeing equipment and survey tasking. They also performed data analytics tasks including quality control for site reports, construction of Real Property Reconciliation and Found On Site reports, and field surveying utilities using GPS and other equipment. In October 2022, Caelan joined Bidgely as a Customer Success Manager.

Caelan Donovan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies, Biology, and Business Management from Eckerd College, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Easy Locator High Dynamic Range GPR from MALÅ Geoscience in October 2017, PADI Coral Reef Research Diver in February 2013, PADI Dive Master in January 2013, PADI Enriched Air Diver (Nitrox) in January 2013, Theoretical and In-water Adult and Juvenile Fish Target Species exams and MBRS Field Survey Techniques from Global Visions International in December 2012, Emergency First Responder in November 2012, Pleasure Craft Operator from BOATSMART in July 2012, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2022, Insider Threat Awareness from the Center for Development of Security Excellence in November 2017, and OPSEC Awareness from the Center for Development of Security Excellence in November 2017.
