Sandile Zulu

Sandile Zulu has extensive experience in human resources and industrial relations, having worked as an HR/IR Officer at InstaToll Africa (Pty) Ltd from October 2022 to June 2023, and as a Human Resource Officer at RIC Development from April 2022 to September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an HR IR Officer and Human Resources Officer at Superfecta Trading 209 (Pty) Ltd from July 2020 to April 2022. Key competencies include representation at the CCMA, chairing workplace consultative forums, conducting training needs analysis, employment equity reporting, and policy drafting. Sandile Zulu is also proficient in payroll management for over 200 employees, performance management, and training on employee relations, alongside being the Primary SDF for the company. Currently, Sandile Zulu is pursuing a National Diploma in Human Resources Management at Durban University of Technology, which commenced in February 1998.
