Ben Bond

Ben Bond has a diverse work experience history in the executive recruitment and talent consultancy fields. Ben is currently working at BIE Executive as the Head of Research. Prior to that, they held the position of Research Director at the same company. Before joining BIE Executive, Ben worked at Green Park as the Head of Delivery and Delivery Consultant in the Public Sector Practice. Ben also worked as a Principal Consultant at Cesium Group, specializing in the recruitment of executives in the Drinks, Tobacco, and FMCG sectors. Earlier in their career, they served as the Head of Global Recruitment at AFEX and as a Researcher at Stephen Raby Associates, focusing on investment banking and private banking markets. Additionally, Ben has held roles at Marshall Warburton, Solomon Page, Solomon Spears, and David Chorley International.

Ben Bond attended St Peters Primary School Eaton Square from 1984 to 1990. Ben then went on to complete their GCSEs and A Levels at Alleyns School from 1990 to 1997. From 1998 to 2001, they pursued a BSc degree in PESS & Business Management at the University of Hull. In 2013, Ben enrolled in Westminster Kingsway College, where they earned a distinction in Professional Cookery & Culinary Arts, completing their studies in 2015.
