Claire Paramo

Claire Paramo has a diverse work experience in executive recruitment and human resources. Claire is currently the Managing Director of the HR Practice at BIE Executive, where they have been since 2019. Prior to that, Claire worked as the Managing Director at Movida Search Partners Ltd from 2013 to 2019. Claire also served as a Managing Consultant at nbi Human Capital from 2012 to 2013.

Earlier in their career, Claire held the position of Executive Consultant in the HR Practice at Strategi Executive Search from 2009 to 2012, and as the HR Practice Director at VadarMoss Ltd from 2005 to 2008. Claire began their career at Hydrogen Group, where they worked as a Director from 1999 to 2004.

Throughout their career, Claire has specialized in executive search, talent pipelining, and consultancy solutions in the human resources field. Claire has extensive experience in partnering with organizations and placing HR professionals in various roles, including senior HR generalists and specialists in areas such as reward, talent, resourcing, OD/OE, learning and development, and HR operations.

Claire Paramo attended the University of Sussex from 1993 to 1996, earning a BA Hons degree in English Literature. Prior to that, they attended Madeley High School in Staffs, but no degree or field of study is provided for this.
