Siv Holen

Siv Holen possesses extensive experience in leadership and design within the financial and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Avdelingsleder and UX Lead at Kantega since November 2017, Siv is also an engaged member of various organizations, including Bien Sparebank ASA and SPAREBANKSTIFTELSEN BIEN. Contributions to ethical research are made as a lekrepresentant for REK Regionale komiteer for medisinsk og helsefaglig forskningsetikk. Previously held positions include Digital produktdesigner at Eika, Strategy Consultant at Making Waves, and Webredaktør at several institutions including Rikshospitalet and Høgskolen i Bergen. Siv's educational background includes a cand. scient in Marin biologi from the University of Oslo and ongoing studies in design thinking and artificial intelligence at NTNU.
