Lily Chang

Lily Chang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in private equity and corporate governance. Currently serving as an Independent Board Director at Big 5 Sporting Goods, Lily is a member of the Audit Committee and has co-led discussions on cyber-security governance. As an Independent Consultant for Project Sunflower and Amateras AEA, Lily leads a network of female executives contributing to advisory services and board representation. Formerly a member of the Board of Directors at JOANN Stores and a Senior Advisor at Leonard Green & Partners, Lily has over 20 years of leadership experience in private equity, having founded Portfolio Services to enhance value creation. Lily's prior roles include positions at eCompanies Venture Group, The Walt Disney Company, Nissan North America, and Procter & Gamble. Academically, Lily holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University.
