J.j. Rodgers

J.J. Rodgers has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different industries and roles. They started their career as a Financial Analyst at Lexmark in 1996 and worked there until 2001. J.J. then joined Eastman Chemical Company and held various positions, including R&D Financial Analyst, Annual Business Plan Manager, and Financial Manager for Centrus International. In 2006, J.J. moved to Hill-Rom, where they had several roles, such as Senior Auditor, Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Financial Services Director. They also served as the Director of Finance for Aspen Surgical Products, overseeing operations and sales finance. J.J. later joined AVENTICS as the Vice President of Finance for the Americas before working as the Finance Director at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Most recently, J.J. has been working as the Vice President of Finance at Big Ass Fans since 2023.

J.J. Rodgers obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Business Administration, from Xavier University between 1997 and 1999.
