Rhonda Bridges

Rhonda Bridges has been in the childcare field for over 15 years in various roles ranging from operations to leadership including Lead Teacher, Quality and Compliance Monitor, and Office Manager before joining ECE recruitment in 2017. As Recruiting Manager she oversees a team of recruiters to support current hiring needs for hiring managers. In addition to managing the team, she develops recruitment strategies, spearheads campus recruiting efforts at leading colleges and universities offering ECE programs, strategizes hiring techniques, and implements new sourcing methods and job advertising platforms to develop a strong pipeline.
