Jon Houseman

Jon Houseman is a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Senior Area Manager for Big Boy Restaurant Group, LLC since October 2020, after holding the position of Area Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure as General Manager at Ray's Bbq for a brief period in 2020, and a long-standing role as General Manager at Ruby Tuesday from May 2008 to April 2020, where Jon also worked as a Manager and Cook. Jon Houseman holds a Bachelor's degree in Foodservice Systems Administration/Management from Central Michigan University, completed in 2012, and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia for further education in the same year.
