Isabella Buitron

Isabella Buitron is an experienced professional currently serving as a Workplace Volunteer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC since October 2022 and a Research Assistant at the University of Miami Health System since May 2020. Additionally, Isabella works as a Writer for InvitedNYC and has taken on the role of Clinical Research Coordinator at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai from June 2022 to August 2024. Previously, Isabella served as Vice President of Programming for Delta Phi Epsilon and engaged in a Strategy and Insights CPG internship at Univision. Additionally, Isabella was a B+ Hero Liaison for the B+ Foundation and a Contributing Writer for Sarah Scoop. Early experiences include a Shadow Experience with a Colorectal Surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic and writing for Washington Square News. Isabella holds a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies and Journalism from New York University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Public Health at Columbia University from August 2024 to May 2026.
